Our Redefining the Strong Black Woman event celebrates the balance between strength and softness, using fitness as a tool for healing, self-expression and empowerment. Can we bring photographers/videographers?
Yes, but they will need to book their own ticket.

Yes, there will be food at the venue, which caters to vegan, vegetarian and halal diets.
